When you complete and submit an on-line application form provided on this Site, Xalon Associates will need to know your details relevant to your application including (but not limited to) your name, date of birth, relevant education, qualifications and grades (achieved or expected), your permanent and term time address, your e-mail address, telephone / mobile number, gender, ethnic origin, whether you have a disability, require a work permit for the UK, have a criminal record, hold a driving licence, your other skills and interests, professional memberships, employment history, relevant work experience, and references.
